The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently checking out the Fernie 2 Neighborhood Hall in Mpuluzi to render solutions to your community.

SASSA is going to be rendering companies which include new social grant applications, change of payment method, customer treatment enquiries, together with the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a press release, the agency claimed it is actually alarmed regarding the large variety of people counting on social grants for survival.
“The aim of the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to a superior range of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This is because of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no absolutely functional office devoted to service the area regularly. The company point established for intervention activities a large inflow of likely beneficiaries, which makes it complicated for that office to sassa attend to all people who stop by a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise additional sources to enable the servicing of all customers and maximize use of Social Assistance providers,” the agency said.
